The
guest house rates vary depending on the number of people
in your party.
Rates per night:
 $125.00
for two adults.
Each additional person is $10.00 per night.
Plus 10.4% sales tax.

Guests are required to book two nights minimum.
Dates
Booked:
The
Guesthouse is reserved for the nights of:
April: 18-19, 26-28.
It
is open for all other dates.

Deposits/Cancellations:
Your
reservation is confirmed when we receive a check or money
order for the amount of the first night of your intended
stay.
We
will hold the booking for 5 days from the verbal confirmation.
If the deposit is not received within that time frame we
will cancel the booking.
Any
cancellation that occurs after the reservation has been
confirmed
will result in a $30.00 service fee.
If
you must cancel less than 14 days in advance of your booking
date,
and we can not fill the vacancy, you will be charged the
first night's rate.
