 The
guest house has two bedrooms with queen-sized beds, a queen airbed
on legs (with bedding), and a small futon cushion for the floor.
The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils, dishes, microwave,
coffee grinder/drip pot, blender and toaster. Frosted mugs will
be waiting in the freezer.
The
guest house is on the second story, above a large garage. The
locked garage allows for safe storage of gear and also has ping-pong
and foosball tables, ideal for family tournaments. An extra
bathroom (with shower) and laundry room are also available for
guest use in the garage. A 30'x50' sport court is on with 2
basketball hoops and a pickle ball net is on the property as
well.
There
is a TV with a VCR and DVD player only (no other reception).There
is also a small stereo (cd's and tapes) and a telephone exclusively
for local or credit card calls.
The view
from the hot tub on the deck outside the dining area is wonderful,
and is a great place to relax at the end of the day.
