Deposits/Cancellations:
Because the Cascade Retreat is a venue that requires several
families or large groups of people to fill, it is not an easy place
to re-book on short notice.
Due to this, we have a strict cancellation policy.
Your reservation is confirmed when we receive a check or money order for the entire amount of your intended stay. We will hold the booking for 5 days from the verbal confirmation. If the deposit is not received within that time frame we will cancel the booking.
If you choose to cancel and we cannot fill the vacancy, you will be charged the equivalent of a two night's stay. If we can fill the vacancy, the entire amount will be refunded, less a $50.00 service charge.
